高校档案馆应对突发公共卫生事件的策略研究

摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件因其发生时间、地点的不确定性,决定了其档案管理工作的特殊性。高校人员情况复杂,人群密集性大,突发公共卫生事件对高校影响较大。突发公共卫生事件档案在应对方案制定、参考咨询、专题教育宣传、相关工作考察等方面具有重要的意义。从新冠病毒防控档案工作出发,通过调查,主要从加强突发公共卫生事件档案组织及制度保障、信息资源建设、档案开发与利用三个方面,对高校档案馆面对突发公共卫生事件的应对策略进行研究。The uncertainty of time and place of public health emergencies determines the particularity of their archives management.Because of the complicated situation of personnel in colleges and universities and the density of crowd,public health emergencies have big influence on colleges and universities.The archives of public health emergencies are of great significance in the formulation of response plans,reference and consultation,special education and publicity,investigation of relevant work and so on.Based on the prevention and control archives of COVID-19,this paper introspects the problems through investigation and research,and then studies the countermeasures of university archives in face of public health emergencies from three aspects:strengthening the organization and system guarantee,information resources construction,archives development and utilization.
