摘　　要：工作经历档案是人事档案的重要组成部分,对工龄和工作经历的审核是档案审核的重点内容。基于人事档案审核的视角,就工作经历档案管理存在的问题进行分析并提出解决路径和措施,以期为人事档案的管理体制改革提供有利参考。Work experience archives are important part of personnel archives,and the audit of work age and work experience is the key content of archives audit.Based on the perspective of personnel archives audit,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the work experience archives management and puts forward solutions and measures,in order to provide beneficial reference for the reform of personnel archives management system.
