摘　　要：基于政府流程再造的行政审批制度改革,一方面促使各类行政审批事项办理网络化;另一方面对行政审批电子文件管理与归档提出了新要求。结合政府流程再造理论,分析、设计国土规划行政审批电子文件在线归档流程与角色,对国土规划行政审批电子文件管理与档案管理工作具有重要现实意义。The reform of administrative approval system based on government process reengineering promotes online administrative approval and makes new requests for management and archiving of administrative approval electronic documents.Considering the theory of government process reengineering,the paper analyzes and designs the process and role in online archiving of land resources and urban planning administrative approval electronic documents,and is of important practical significance in administrative approval electronic documents management and archives management.
