摘　　要：随着油田企业改革的深入和信息化技术的发展,油田档案的管理和使用成为油田企业一个关键的组成部分,新形势下如何发挥油田档案资源效益成为油田企业发展的一项重要工作。本文在讨论基础上,积极与广大油田单位、科室的档案负责人和兼职档案员结合,通过走访、座谈、查看等方式,了解对档案资源认识、档案归档利用情况等,进行广泛调研,对档案管理及信息化建设提出了工作建议,对新形势下油田企业如何发挥档案资源效益提供了参考。With the deepening of the reform of oilfield enterprises and the development of information technology,the management and use of oilfield archives has become a key component of oilfield enterprises.In the new situation,how to bring out the benefits of oilfield archives resources has become an important task for the development of oilfield enterprises.Based on the discussion,this paper actively cooperates with the heads of archives and part-time archivists of oilfield units and departments,and conducts an extensive research on the understanding of archives resources and the use of archives through interview,discussion,and inspection.It puts forward work suggestions on archives management and informatization construction,which provides reference for oilfield enterprises to bring out the benefits of oilfield archives resources in the new situation.
