摘　　要：唐德宗为太子时,与其父代宗关系不和。德宗即位后,选择了与代宗不同的政治道路。他不仅贬黜了代宗朝最后一位宰相常衮和理财家刘晏,而且还在建中初年进行了近乎全方位的改革。此外,德宗还想通过这一系列改革来解决藩镇问题,但当时河北藩镇势力过于强大,而朝廷兵力、财力不足以制衡,故未能成功。When Tang Dezong was the prince,he did not get well with his father Daizong.When Dezong came into throne,he chose a different political path from Daizhong.Not only did he dismiss Chang Gun,the last prime minister of Daizong's period,and Liu Yan,the financier of Tang Dynasty,but also carried out nearly all-round reforms in the early years of Jianzhong.In addition,Dezong also wanted to solve the problem of Fanzhen through a series of reforms.However,at that time,the power of Fanzhen in Hebei was too strong,and the military and financial resources of the court were insufficient to check and balance,and so he failed.
