复合银丹胶囊辅助降血脂作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究复合银丹胶囊对Wistar雄性大鼠血脂调节作用。方法Wistar雄性大鼠50只,随机分为低、中、高剂量组及空白对照组和模型对照组5组,每组10只,连续喂养30 d,测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果与模型对照组比较,800.0 mg/kg BW d高剂量组血清TC有显著性降低(P<0.05);高剂量组血清TG有显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论复合银丹胶囊既有辅助降低胆固醇功能,又有辅助降低TG功能,对改善高血脂大鼠的高脂血症起到很大作用,可判定该受试样品辅助降低血脂功能动物实验结果阳性。Objective To study the regulating effect of compound Ginkgo leaf and Salvia miltiorrhiza capsule on blood lipid of Wistar male rats.Methods 50 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into low,medium and high dose groups,blank control group and model control group with 10 rats in each group,continuously fed for 30 days.The serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C levels were measured.Results Compared with the model control group,the serum total cholesterol(TC)in the 800.0mg/kg BW d high dose group was significantly reduced.The serum triglyceride(TG)in high dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The composite Ginkgo leaf and Salvia miltiorrhiza capsule not only has the function of assisting in reducing cholesterol,but also has the function of assisting in reducing triglyceride,which plays a great role in improving hyperlipemia of hyperlipemia rats,and can determine that the animal experiment result of assisting in reducing blood lipid of the tested sample is positive.
