哈尔滨市2005-2014年白百破疫苗及相关疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析哈尔滨市2005-2014年白百破疫苗及相关疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)的发生特征,评估白百破疫苗及相关疫苗的安全性。方法通过全国AEFI网络报告系统收集2005-2014年哈尔滨市接种白百破疫苗和相关疫苗后发生的AEFI个案数据,采用流行病学方法进行描述性分析。结果2005-2014年哈尔滨市共报告3919例AEFI个案,男、女性别比为1.28∶1,≤1岁儿童占88.85%,城区高于外县,多发于4-9月份。病例一般反应占98.62%,报告发生率为111.88/10万剂;DTaP占80.20%,报告发生率为107.91/10万剂;临床诊断以发热/红肿/硬结居多,占98.1%;72.19%AEFI发生在接种后1 d内,治愈个案占93.69%。结论哈尔滨市AEFI监测敏感性不断提高,白百破疫苗及相关疫苗安全性良好。Objective To determine characteristics of AEFI with DTP and related vaccines in Harbin from 2005 to 2014 and evaluate immunization safety of DTP and related vaccines.Methods DTP and related vaccines of AEFI case data from 2005 to 2014 in Harbin were obtained through National AEFI Surveillance System(NASS)with descriptive epidemiological analyses.Results In total,3919 AEFI cases were reported in Harbin from 2005 to 2014.The male to female ratio was 1.28∶1.88.85%were among children less than one year old.These cases of city were more than country.Most of cases occurred in April-September.The common vaccine reaction of cases were 98.62%and 111.88 per 100000 doses of estimated AEFI rate.DTaP of cases were 80.20%and 107.91 per 100000 doses of estimated AEFI rate.98.1%were fever/redness and swelling/induration.72.19%of reactions occurred within 1 day of vaccination.93.69%were cure.Conclusion The monitoring sensitivity of AEFI in Harbin is increased,showing good safety of DTP and related vaccines.
