摘 要:目的:研究制马钱子分别配伍不同剂量的白芍桂枝汤、赤芍桂枝汤、赤白芍桂枝汤后对其毒性的影响,为制马钱子与桂枝汤的配伍提供药理学实验依据,更为临床安全有效地应用制马钱子提供实验依据。方法:通过急性毒性实验,用加权概率单位法(Bliss氏法)计算出制马钱子及其与不同比例的白芍桂枝汤、赤芍桂枝汤、赤白芍桂枝汤配伍后的半数致死量(LD50),并计算出解毒率。结果:制马钱子的LD50为258.00 mg·kg^-1;制马钱子配伍白芍桂枝汤的高、低2个剂量组的LD50分别为1642.59 mg·kg^-1、8218.21 mg·kg^-1;制马钱子配伍赤芍桂枝汤的高、中、低3个剂量组的LD50分别为2064.06 mg·kg^-1、3485.07 mg·kg^-1、9335.06 mg·kg^-1;制马钱子配伍赤白芍桂枝汤的高、中、低3个剂量组的LD50分别为1792.80 mg·kg^-1、2972.45 mg·kg^-1、8228.82 mg·kg^-1。结论:制马钱子与不同剂量组的桂枝汤配伍,其减毒率不同,为临床安全有效地运用制马钱子提供了实验依据。Objective:To study the effect of modified Guizhi Tang(桂枝汤)such as Baishao Guizhi Tang(白芍桂枝汤),Chishao Guizhi Tang(赤芍桂枝汤)and Chibaishao Guizhi Tang(赤白芍桂枝汤)on the toxicity of Processed Semen Strychni,so as to provide pharmacological experimental basis for the compatibility of Processed Semen Strychni and Guizhi Tang,and for clinical safety and effective application of Processed Semen Strychni.Methods:Through the acute toxicity test,the LD50 of modified Guizhi Tang with with different proportions of Processed Semen Strychni were calculated by Bliss's method,and the detoxification rate was also calculated.Results:The LD50 of Processed Semen Strychni was 258.00 mg·kg^-1;the LD50 of the high and low dose groups of Processed Semen Strychni combined with Baishao Guizhi Tang was 1642.59 mg·kg^-1 and 8218.21 mg·kg^-1 respectively.The LD50 of high,medium and low dose groups of Processed Semen Strychni with Chishao Guizhi Tang was 2064.06 mg·kg^-1,3485.07 mg·kg^-1 and 9335.06 mg·kg^-1 respectively.The LD50 of Processed Semen Strychni combined with Chibaishao Guizhi Tang was 1792.80 mg·kg^-1,2972.45 mg·kg^-1 and 8228.82 mg·kg^-1 respectively.Conclusion:The toxicity reduction rate of Processed Semen Strychni is different when combined with different dose groups of Guizhi Tang,which provides experimental basis for clinical safety and effective application of Processed Semen Strychni.
