摘　　要：2020年入梅后,长江及巢湖流域发生罕见大洪水。从水雨情等方面分析了汛情特点,立足水利部门监测预警、工程调度和抢险技术支撑三大职能系统,总结了安徽省的经验做法,认为应强化监测预警、精准调控施策、做好抢险支撑。得出了防汛抗洪的几点启示:坚持以人为本、生命至上,确保人民群众生命安全是防御灾害的最高目标;坚持聚焦防范超标洪水、水库失事、山洪灾害,是有效减轻灾害的关键举措;坚持补短板、强弱项、加强水利工程建设是防御灾害的物质基础;坚持信息化引领,严密监测预报预警是防御灾害的可靠支撑。A rare catastrophic flood occurred in the Yangtze River of Anhui reach and Chaohu Lake Basin in the plum rain season of 2020.This paper analyzed the characteristics of flood situation,summarized the experience and practice from the duties of the water resources department:the monitoring and early warning,water projects flood control operation,and emergency technical support.Some enlightenment weer obtained:①insisting on“putting people and their lives in the first place”and ensuring people's lives is the highest goal of disaster prevention;②insisting on focusing on preventing the over-standard floods,reservoir failures and mountain torrent disasters is the key measure to reduce disaster risk effectively;③insisting on making up for the deficiency,improving the weak points,and strengthening the construction of water conservancy projects is the material basis for disaster prevention;④insisting on the guidance of information,monitoring,forecasting and early warning is a reliable support for disaster prevention.
