摘 要:2020年8月,嘉陵江连续发生2次编号洪水,嘉陵江干流下游和支流涪江多个站点出现超保证水位,对流域洪水防御提出了严峻挑战。以嘉陵江2020年2次编号洪水的发展过程为主线,系统回顾了流域洪水特性,并结合重庆等城市的防洪形势,着重阐述了亭子口等骨干水库的防洪调度安排,评估了流域水库群调度的能力。在此基础上,提出进一步提升流域洪水防御能力的联合调度建议与综合措施,以期为嘉陵江防洪提供技术支持。In August 2020,two consecutive floods occurred in the Jialing River,which caused exceeded guaranteed water level at several gauged stations in downstream of the Jialing River and its tributary,Fujiang River,posing a severe challenge to flood defence in the basin.Firstly,this paper systematically illustrated flood characteristics of Jialing River in 2020.Emphasis was focused on the key cascade reservoirs operation such as Tingzikou Reservoir,which contributed a lot to the flood defence situation of Chongqing City.Additionally,this study evaluated the operation ability of reservoir group in the basin.Finally,joint operation suggestions and measures to further improve the flood defence capacity of the river basin were put forward,in order to provide technical support for the flood defence of the Jialing River.
