摘　　要：转基因技术是指利用现代生物技术手段将特定的外源基因转移到目的生物体,并使其产生可预期的、定向遗传改变的一项新兴技术。但转基因技术自诞生以来一直饱受争议,文章通过介绍基因的基本概念、转基因技术的原理及应用,以及转基因技术与传统育种技术之间的异同,使人们科学、理性地对待转基因技术。Transgenic technology refers to an emerging technology that uses modern biotechnology to transfer specific foreign genes into target organisms and make them produce predictable and targeted genetic changes.However,genetically modified technology has been controversial since its inception.This article introduces the basic concepts of gene,the principle and application of genetically modified technology,and the difference between genetically modified technology and traditional breeding technology,so that people can treat genetically modified technology scientifically and rationally.
