美洲大蠊幼龄若虫肠道消化酶活性的研究

摘　　要：文章开展人工养殖条件下美洲大蠊幼龄若虫肠道消化酶活性的研究。以美洲大蠊若虫3个日龄(1 d、30 d、60 d)为处理组,每个日龄处理组1200只,每个重复200只,共6个重复,检测美洲大蠊的体重以及全肠道总蛋白酶、总淀粉酶、总脂肪酶的活性。结果显示,美洲大蠊的体重以及肠总淀粉酶、总蛋白酶活性,随着日龄呈持续增加的趋势(P<0.05)。对于肠总脂肪酶活性,1 d和30 d组,美洲大蠊若虫差异不显著(P>0.05),且显著低于60 d组(P<0.05)。以上结果提示,1~60日龄美洲大蠊幼龄若虫生长发育迅速,人工养殖饲料的配方需要重点考虑碳水化合物和蛋白质的营养需求。In order to study the intestinal digestive enzyme development of young Periplaneta americana nymphs,three treatment groups including on 1,30 and 60 d of age in young Periplaneta americana Nymphs(N=6,200 per replicate)were used to determine the body weight and total intestinal enzyme activities of protease,amylase,and lipase.The results showed that the body weight,protease and amylase activities were continuously improved(P<0.05)with the increase of age in young Periplaneta americana nymphs.For the intestinal lipase activities,1 d and 30 d groups were similar(P>0.05),and were lower than 60 d groups(P<0.05).These findings suggested that young Periplaneta americana nymphs at the age of 1 to 60 days grow rapidly,the nutritional requirements of carbohydrate and protein should be preferentially considered in the completed formula feed of young Periplaneta americana nymphs.
