摘 要:为探究饲料添加剂硫酸铜和碱式氯化铜中镉的检测方法。研究分组如下,国标组:分别采用饲料添加剂硫酸铜(GB/T34459-2017)和饲料添加剂碱式氯化铜(GB/T21696-2008)方法检测;改进组:改进样品前处理方法,样品用硝酸溶解、赶酸后,1 mol·L-1盐酸定容,原子吸收分光光度计检测。研究发现,国标组:硫酸铜和碱式氯化铜无法萃取分离,测试样液降到5 mL仍然不能分离。改进组:分析纯硫酸铜中镉含量为9.43 mg·kg-1,加标回收率99%。饲料添加剂硫酸铜和碱式氯化铜中未检出镉,加标回收率97.68%和94.63%。改进硫酸铜和碱式氯化铜的国家标准方法后,适宜检测硫酸铜和碱式氯化铜中镉,且精确度、准确度符合检测要求。To explore the detection method of cadmium in feed additive copper sulfate and basic copper chloride.National standard group the methods specified in feed additive copper sulfate(GB/T34459-2017)and feed additive basic copper chloride(GB/T21696-2008)were used for detection respectively.Improvement group:the pretreatment method of sample was improved,the sample was dissolved by nitric acid,the volume was fixed by 1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid,and the solution was directly detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Copper sulfate and basic copper chloride could not be extracted and separated in national standard group.The content of cadmium in analytically pure copper sulfate was 9.43 mg·kg-1,and the recovery rate was 99%in improved group.Cadmium was not detected in feed additive copper sulfate and basic copper chloride.The recovery rate were 97.68%and 94.63%.The improved method was suitable for the detection of cadmium in cupric sulfate and basic cupric chloride,and the accuracy and accuracy meet the detection requirements.
