安全行为科学在安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：为提高企业安全管理水平,预防和控制事故,有必要在安全管理中引入安全行为科学。本文从个体安全行为、群体安全行为和组织安全行为方面介绍安全行为科学内涵。通过分析其在安全管理中成功运用的案例,结合非高危行业企业安全管理实际,研究在组织行为、管理体系、安全文化、风险防控和隐患排查以及事故管理等方面运用安全行为科学的方法,提出完善非高危行业企业安全管理的具体建议和措施。结果表明:将安全行为科学应用于安全管理中,可使管理符合人的行为规律,能有效避免组织缺陷和决策失误、提高全员参与安全的积极性和主动性、增强全员安全行为动力和能力、营造良好的安全文化氛围。In order to improve the safety management level of enterprises,prevent and control accidents,it is necessary to apply safety behavior science into safety management.In this paper,the connotation of safety behavior science is introduced from individual safety behavior,group safety behavior and organization safety behavior.Through analyzing the successful examples of applying safety behavior science into safety management and combing with the current situation of non-high-risk industry,it is studied that how to apply the methods of safety behavior science into the main aspects of safety management such as organization behavior,management system,safety culture and hidden danger,and some specific suggestions and measures are put forward.The results show that the application of safety behavior science in safety management can make management conform to the law of human behavior,effectively avoid organizational defects and decision-making mistakes,let the staff participate in safety with greater enthusiasm and initiative,improve the motivation and ability of the staff to have safe behavior,and create a good safety culture atmosphere.
