腹横纹小切口疝气手术治疗对疝气患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疝气患者腹横纹小切口疝气手术治疗对手术时间、平均出血量、自主活动时间的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月本院收治的82例疝气患者,根据手术方式的不同分为两组,对照组应用常规的疝气手术治疗,研究组应用腹横纹小切口疝气手术治疗。比较两组患者的相关指标、并发症概率、VAS评分。结果研究组住院时间、术中出血量、手术时间、术后自主活动时间均低于对照组[(2.3±0.6)d比(4.5±1.3)d、(3.1±0.3)ml比(4.8±0.5)ml、(8.4±1.1)min比(16.3±2.5)min、(12.5±1.0)h比(22.2±1.4)h],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001);研究组的切口局部麻木、阴囊肿胀、腹胀、伤口感染并发症总发生率低于对照组(7.2%比24.4%)(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组[(3.36±0.16)分比(5.12±0.71)分](P<0.001)。结论腹横纹小切口疝气手术治疗疝气患者的效果较为理想,可以有效的减少自主活动时间、术中出血量、手术时间,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of operation on operation time,average blood loss,and time of autonomic activities in hernia patients with transversal incision.Methods A total of 82 patients with hernia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group underwent routine hernia surgery,while the study group underwent hernia surgery with transversal incision.The related indicators,complications,VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and time of postoperative autonomic activities of the study group[(2.3±0.6)d,(3.1±0.3)ml,(8.4±1.1)min,(12.5±1.0)h]were all lower than those of the control group[(4.5±1.3)d,(4.8±0.5)ml,(16.3±2.5)min,(22.2±1.4)h](all P<0.001);the total incidence of complications(local numbness of the incision,swelling of the scrotum,abdominal distension,and wound infection)in the study group(7.2%)was lower than that in the control group(24.4%)(P<0.05);the VAS score of the study group[(3.36±0.16)]was lower than that of the control group[(5.12±0.71)](P<0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of hernia patients,the operation effect of hernia surgery with transabdominal small incision is relatively ideal,which can effectively reduce the time of autonomic activities,the amount of blood loss,and the operation time,which should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
