老年髋部骨折患者应用聚焦解决干预模式联合早期营养支持的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式联合早期营养支持在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果。方法纳入2016年5月至2019年5月本院收治的老年髋部骨折患者110例,分为对照组和研究组,每组55例。对照组采用早期营养支持干预,研究组采用聚焦解决干预模式联合早期营养支持干预,对比两组患者干预前后的血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)及血红蛋白(Hb)等营养指标水平及焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分。结果干预前,两组患者的PA、ALB、Hb水平及SAS、SDS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后,对照组的PA、ALB、Hb水平均显著低于研究组[(0.37±0.06)g/L比(0.45±0.07)g/L、(31.06±4.12)g/L比(35.96±5.03)g/L、(110.12±12.03)g/L比(119.52±13.54)g/L],两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组[(42.05±4.68)分比(52.17±5.84)分、(45.12±2.65)分比(55.47±3.24)分],两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在老年髋部骨折患者中应用聚焦解决模式联合早期营养干预,显著改善其营养不良状态,缓解其不良心理情绪,促进疾病快速康复。Objective To investigate the effect of focused solution combined with early nutritional support in the treatment of hip fracture in the elderly.Methods From May 2016 to May 2019,110 elderly patients with hip fracture in our hospital were divided into control group(n=55)and study group(n=55).The control group was treated with early nutritional support intervention,and the study group was treated with focused solution intervention combined with early nutritional support intervention.The levels of serum pre-albumin(PA),albumin(ALB),and hemoglobin(Hb),anxiety(SAS)score and depression(SDS)score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of PA,ALB,Hb,SAS score,SDS score between the study group and the control group(all P>0.05);after the intervention,the levels of PA,ALB,Hb in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group[(0.37±0.06)g/L vs.(0.45±0.07)g/L,(31.06±4.12)g/L vs.(35.96±5.03)g/L,(110.12±12.03)g/L vs.(119.52±13.54)g/L](all P<0.05),the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(42.05±4.68)points vs.(52.17±5.84)points,(45.12±2.65)points vs.(55.47±3.24)points](both P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with hip fracture,the focus solution model combined with early nutrition intervention can significantly improve the malnutrition status, alleviate the badpsychological mood, and promote the rapid recovery of the disease.
