复元活血汤联合皮瓣移植修复术在手指软组织缺损患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复元活血汤联合皮瓣移植修复术在手指软组织缺损患者中的应用效果。方法40例接受皮瓣移植修复术的手指软组织缺损患者随机分为两组各20例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复元活血汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及VAS评分、手指功能评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VAS评分以及Fb、ESR、TXB2水平低于对照组,手指功能评分、VEGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复元活血汤联合皮瓣移植修复术治疗手指软组织缺损患者具有显著的疗效,可降低疼痛程度,促进血管新生,提高手指功能。Objective To explore the application effect of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with flap transplantation repairing in patients with finger soft tissue defect.Methods 40 patients with finger soft tissue defect who received flap transplantation repairing were randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine drug therapy,and the observation group received Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,VAS score and finger function score were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 95.00%,higher than 70.00% of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and the levels of Fb,ESR and TXB2 of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the finger function score and VEGF level were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with flap transplantation repairing in the treatment of patients with finger soft tissue defect has significant efficacy,which can reduce pain degree,promote angiogenesis,and improve finger function.
