摘　　要：目的探讨3M无痛保护膜对早产儿浅静脉留置针后皮肤撕裂伤的预防效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年6月我院78例接受浅静脉留置针早产儿,随机分为两组各39例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用3M无痛保护膜护理模式。比较两组的皮肤状况评分、皮肤撕裂伤发生率。结果观察组的皮肤状况评分均显著低于对照组,皮肤撕裂伤发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3M无痛保护膜可有效降低早产儿浅静脉留置针后皮肤撕裂伤发生率,改善皮肤状况。Objective To explore the preventive effect of 3M painless protective film on skin avulsion injury after superficial vein indwelling needle in premature infants.Methods 78 premature infants with superficial vein indwelling needle in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing mode,and the observation group received 3M painless protective film nursing mode.The skin condition score and incidence of skin avulsion injury were compared between the two groups.Results The skin condition scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of skin avulsion injury was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 3M painless protective film can effectively reduce the incidence of skin avulsion injury after superficial vein indwelling needle in premature infants,and improve their skin condition.
