摘  要:针对矿井防尘供水系统水压不稳定、能耗大等问题,提出一种矿井防尘供水智能控制及评价系统。该系统采用参数自适应的Fuzzy⁃PID控制器对水压进行有效调节,仿真结果比较了常规PID和Fuzzy⁃PID控制效果的差别。同时,构建了供水系统可靠性评价指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法对供水系统进行可靠性评价。工程实践表明,该系统运行良好,水压稳定,节能效果明显,系统评价结果客观,可应用于矿井防尘的恒压供水和管网可靠性研究中。In view of the unstable water pressure and large energy consumption in the system for mine′s dust control and water supply,an intelligent control and evaluation system for mine′s dust control and water supply is proposed.The Fuzzy⁃PID controller with self⁃adaptive parameters is adopted to regulate the water pressure effectively.The differences of the control effect between the conventional PID and Fuzzy⁃PID are compared by simulation.Meanwhile,the reliability evaluation index system for water supply system is constructed.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to evaluate the reliability of the water supply system.Engineering practices show that the system runs well,the water pressure is stable,the effect of energy saving is obvious,and the system evaluation result is objective.Therefore,it can be used in the research of constant pressure water supply and pipe network reliability of the mine dust control.
