磷酸肌酸钠联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年3-10月90例病毒性心肌炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组各45例。两组均予以常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)水平、cTnI水平、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平、肌酸激酶(CK)水平、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组cTnT、cTnI、CK-MB、CK和LDH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:磷酸肌酸钠联合1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低cTnT、cTnI、CK-MB、CK和LDH水平,效果优于单纯1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗效果。Objective:To investigate effects of creatine phosphate sodium combined with Fructose-1,6-diphosphate in treatment of patients with viral myocarditis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 90 patients with viral myocarditis from March to October 2019 was performed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 45 cases.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was given Fructose-1,6-diphosphate treatment,while the observation group was given creatine phosphate sodium on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical effects,the levels of cardiac troponin T(cTnT),cTnI,creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than 71.11%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of cTnT,cTnI,CK-MB,CK and LDH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Creatine phosphate sodium e combined with fructose-1,6-diphosphate in the treatment of the patients with viral myocarditis can increase the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of cTnT,cTnI,CK-MB,CK and LDH.Moreover,it is superior to single fructose-1,6-diphosphate.
