摘　　要：目的:观察综合护理在新生儿溶血病血浆置换治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年4月68例新生儿溶血病患儿的临床资料,患儿均接受血浆置换治疗,根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以综合护理,比较两组并发症发生率及家长护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿并发症发生率为2.94%,低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在新生儿溶血病血浆置换治疗中应用效果较好,有助于降低并发症发生率,并可提升家长护理满意度。Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive nursing in plasma exchange treatment of hemolytic disease of newborns.Methods:The clinical data of 68 children with neonatal hemolytic disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All children received plasma exchange treatment.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The complication rate and family satisfaction on the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate in the observation group was 2.94%,which was lower than 23.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of family members in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing has a better application effect in the treatment of neonatal hemolytic disease with plasma exchange treatment,which helps to reduce the incidence of complications and can improve the satisfaction of family members.
