摘　　要：目的通过对MELAG Vacuklav 24 B/L+灭菌器的故障汇总、工作原理分析及故障处理案例,让使用人员熟悉、了解该设备,并方便工程技术人员对它进行日常维护和快速维修解决故障,提高该设备的稳定性和使用率。方法通过列表来汇总分析常见故障,结合流程图示来分析设备工作原理,并通过列举案例来处理设备故障。结果工程技术人员快速处理了故障问题,操作人员也能很快熟悉、了解该设备,一般的故障率减少,提高了设备的稳定性和使用率。结论通过列表汇总、流程示图、举例分析等方法很直观明了阐述该灭菌器的原理和故障处理方法,这对操作人员和工程技术人员都有帮助,对提高它的稳定性和使用率非常有效,但设备的安全使用和稳定运行涉及到很多方面,如人员、环境、使用方式、使用频率等都会造成影响,这些方面都应注意。【Objective】Through the summary of the failure,working principle analysis and failure treatment cases of MELAG vacuklav 24 B/L+sterilizer,the users can get familiar with and understand the equipment,and the engineers and technicians can easily carry out daily maintenance and quickly solve the problem,so as to improve the stability and utilization rate of the equipment.【Methods】Common faults were summarized and analyzed through lists,the working principle of equipment was analyzed with flow diagrams,and equipment faults were dealt with by enumerating cases.【Results】The operator quickly got familiar with the equipment,and the general failure rate was reduced.At the same time,the general engineering and technical personnel could quickly master its working principle and deal with some fault problems,which improved the stability and utilization rate of the equipment.【Conclusion】Through the list summary,flow chart and example analysis,the principle of the sterilizer and fault processing methods are intuitively and clearly expounded in this paper,which is helpful for engineering technical staff and effective for improving its stability and utilization rate,but the safe use and the stable operation of the equipment involves many aspects,such as personnel,the environment and use mode,use frequency,etc,therefore,these should be paid special attention to.
