摘　　要：目的分析标本退检的因素,针对退检因素提出应对策略。方法回顾性分析本院2018年12月至2019年11月标本退检的原因分布,比较退检标本与非退检标本不同情况。结果共接收标本1260921例,其中退检标本1187例,退检率为0.09%。退检标本原因分布中排名前4位为抗凝标本有凝块(22.33%)、采集操作不规范(15.75%)、采集容器选择错误(10.78%)、标本量不符合要求(10.28%)。退检标本与非退检标本科室分布、标本来源、季节、是否医院新项目比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论相关部门应联合加强标本的管理,针对薄弱环节,实施重点环节干预,每年对全院医护技和运送人员进行标本采集、运送、检测等培训。Objective To analyze the factors of specimen withdrawal,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the cause distribution of the returned specimens from December,2018 to November,2019 at our hospital.Results A total of 1260921 specimens were received;among which,1187 samples were returned,with a return rate of 0.09%.The top 4 reasons for the returned samples were clot(22.33%),non-standard collection(15.75%),wrong selection of collection container(10.78%),and unsatisfactory amount of samples(10.28%).There were statistical differences in the department distribution,specimen sources,seasons,and whether it was a new project at the hospital between the returned and non-returned specimens(all P<0.05).Conclusion Relevant departments should jointly strengthen the management of specimens,carry out intervention in key links against weak links,and train the hospital's doctors,nurses,and technologists to collect,transport,and test specimens every year.
