摘 要:目的研究与解析深圳地区45岁以上体检人群不同性别、不同年龄层级的空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白的检测结果,为针对性的开展不同性别、不同年龄人群的健康干预提供依据,实现高效的个性化健康管理。方法选取2018年10月至2019年6月期间于本院进行体检的1800例45岁以上人群为研究对象,职业不限,检测其空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平,比较不同性别及年龄者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果>75岁及66~75岁的空腹血糖分别为(5.46±0.71)mmol/L、(5.47±0.70)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(5.99±0.57)%、(5.96±0.58)%,高于45~55岁及56~65岁者,56~65岁的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(5.26±0.52)mmol/L、(5.60±0.52)%,均高于45~55岁(4.98±0.45)mmol/L、(5.42±0.45)%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);女性空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(5.20±0.53)mmol/L、(5.61±0.50)%,均低于男性(5.45±0.67)mmol/L、(5.89±0.55)%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);>75岁及66~75岁者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论45岁以上体检人群空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均存在年龄及性别差异;年龄较大及男性的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白检测水平相对更高;45~55岁、56~65岁、>66岁者随着年龄增加其空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白检测水平变高;这些提示应根据不同性别及年龄段进行针对性分层分级健康干预,实现更加精准个性化健康管理。Objective To study and analyze the detection results of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in physical examination population over 45 years old and of different genders and ages in Shenzhen area,to provide basis for targeted health intervention of groups of different genders and ages,and to achieve efficient individual health management.Methods 1800 people over 45 years old who had physical examination at our hospital from October,2018 to June,2019 were selected as the research objects.Their fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were measured.The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of different genders and ages were compared.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were(5.46±0.71)mmol/L and(5.99±0.57)%in the ones over 75 years old,were(5.47±0.70)mmol/L and(5.96±0.58)%in the ones 66-75 years old;which were higher than those in the ones 45-55 years old[(4.98±0.45)mmol/L and(5.42±0.45)%]and than those in the ones 56-65 years old[(5.26±0.52)mmol/L and(5.60±0.52)%],with statistical differences(all P<0.05);and there were statistical differences in the levels between the ones 45-55 and 56-65 years old(both P<0.05),but no between the ones over 75 and 66-75 years old(both P>0.05).The levels fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the women were lower than those in the men[(5.20±0.53)mmol/L vs.(5.45±0.67)mmol/L and(5.61±0.50)%vs.(5.89±0.55)%;both P<0.05].Conclusion There are age and gender differences in fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in physical examination population over 45 years old.The levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin are higher in the older and males.The levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin increase with age between 45 and 66.These results suggest that different levels of health intervention should be carried out according to different genders and age,so as to achieve more accurate and personalized health management.
