摘　　要：乡镇政府债务是全国大部分乡镇普遍存在的问题,它的形成既有农村经济发展缓慢的原因,也有行政管理体制上的原因。债务规模越来越大,已经对乡镇财政的正常运行造成了影响,给农村经济的发展造成了阻碍,事关农村基层社会稳定。解决乡镇债务问题,必须要增收节支,压缩债务规模,控制新债产生。Township government debt is a common problem in most townships in the country.Its formation is caused by the slow development of the rural economy and the administrative system.The growing scale of debt has affected the normal operation of township finances,has hindered the development of rural economy,and is related to the stability of rural grassroots society.To solve the debt problem of towns and villages,it is necessary to increase revenue and reduce expenditure,reduce the scale of debt,and control the generation of new debt.
