摘  要:医技检查科室是医院运转中非常重要的环节,直接影响到医院整体运营效率和对外服务质量。而医技检查科室尤其是大型影像检查有限的资源与临床诊断及治疗的大量需求这两者之间难以平衡。本文以影像科预约检查流程为切入点,结合江苏省苏北人民医院实践的效果,阐述一种医院智慧服务背景下的医技检查流程优化方案,在改善服务内涵,服务质量,提高病人满意度等方面的作用。Objective:Medical Examination Department is a very important link in hospital operation,which directly affects the overall operating efficiency and external service quality of the hospital.However,it is difficult to balance the limited resources of medical examination,especially large-scale imaging examination,with the great demand of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Based on the practice of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital,this paper describes a medical technology examination process optimization scheme under the background of hospital intelligent service,which can improve the service connotation and service quality,to improve patient satisfaction and so on.
