摘　　要：基于安康市汉滨区2019年度17个镇办的旧宅基地腾退复垦项目工程设计与预算编制成果,介绍了项目设计内容及预算编制情况,运用对比分析的方法对各项目投资预算成果进行分析、研究,得出了同类型地区腾退项目的投资标准、各分项投资占比以及影响因素,研究成果对陕南地区此类项目的立项、可研、设计具有参考价值。Based on the engineering design and budgeting results of old house site vacating and reclamation project of 17 towns in Hanbin District,Ankang City in 2019,the project design content and budgeting situation are introduced.The method of comparative analysis is adopted to analyze and research the investment budget results of various projects,the investment standards,the composition of each sub-investment,proportions and influencing factors of investment projects in the same type of area have been obtained.While the research results have reference value for the establishment,feasibility research and design of such projects in Southern Shaanxi.
