摘 要:为了研究铜、铁、钛、铝材料射流对高强度混凝土的侵彻特性,在铜药型罩基础上改变壁厚获得铁、钛、铝结构,进而对射流成型进行数值模拟,同时对侵彻高强度混凝土进行了静态威力试验。结果表明:铜、铁、钛射流侵深基本服从密度法则,随密度下降侵深逐渐减小,铝射流侵深略大于钛射流;钛射流孔径最大、开孔容积最大、其开孔效率最高。To study the penetration characteristics of Cu-OFHC,Steel,Ti,Al jet on the high-strength concrete,the structures of the Steel,Ti,Al jets were obtained by changing the wall thickness on the basis of the Cu-OFHC liner structure,and then the numerical simulation of the jet formation was carried out,at the same time,the static power test was carried out on the penetration high-strength concrete.The results showed that the penetration of Cu-OFHC,Steel,Ti jet basically obeys the density rule:with the decrease of the density,the penetration goes down.The penetration of Al jet was slightly larger than that of Ti jet.Both of the cavity diameters and volume of Ti jet were the largest,and the efficiency of the penetration of the Ti jet was the highest in the four materials.
