摘 要:智能化弹药武器系统一般采用电子式发射点火方式,点火控制单元的安全性和可靠性直接影响武器系统作战性能。通过研究、分析点火控制单元的设计流程、设计方法,实现了一种典型点火控制单元。该点火控制单元通过了单元测试、集成测试和可靠性测试,形成专用电路,广泛应用于多个项目的发射点火控制中,完成武器系统数千次的成功发射。The intelligent ammunition weapon system studied in this paper generally adopts electronic firing ignition mode,safety and reliability of ignition control unit directly affect combat performance of weapon system.By studying and analyzing the design flow and design method of ignition control unit,a typical ignition control unit is implemented in this paper.The ignition control unit has passed unit test,integration test and reliability test,forms a classical circuit.The ignition control unit is widely applied to the launch ignition control of multiple projects.The ignition control unit has successfully launched the weapon system for thousands of times.
