摘  要:为研究带药缠绕复合壳体承压特性,采用标准试验壳体液压与仿真相结合方法,开展不同药柱特征参数壳体承载特性分析,获得了典型内压状态壳体应变值,建立了壳体结构完整性分析模型。对于试验壳体,较薄绝热层对筒段纤维应变无明显影响;随着药柱模量增加,筒段纤维应力、环向应变、径向位移减少且呈现曲型变化,随着装药肉厚的减少上述特征值增加且呈现指数变化;基于药柱结构特性,结合内弹道参数,可预示壳体性能指导壳体优化与制备。In order to study the bearing characteristics of the composite shell with grain core mould, adopt the combination of standard test shell hydraulic pressure and simulation,analysis the bearing characteristics of the shell with different characteristic parameters of the grain,established the integrity analysis model of shell structure. The adiabatic layer has no obvious effect on the typical strain of the simple section fiber layer under the condition of thinner diameter composite shell with charge. The stress, circumferential strain and radial displacement of the simple section fiber layer decrease with the increase of the modulus of the grain, and increase with the decrease of the thickness of the grain. The shell performance can be predicted based on the structural characteristics of the grain and ballistic parameters, which can optimize the shell structure and guide production.
