摘 要:目前导引头方案或实物竞标过程中缺少建立客观可定量分析性能评估指标体系的方法。文中提出了一种利用层次分析法(AHP)构建导引头性能评估指标体系的方法,以某型激光捷联导引头为分析实例,详细阐述了该方法的分析计算及构建指标体系的过程,利用该方法构建的性能评估指标体系权重分配合理、客观性强,可以指导后续的导引头择优竞标工作。采用该方法可以为多种制导体制的导引头的性能评估建立可定量比较的指标体系。At present, there is a lack of approach to build an objective and quantifiable performance evaluation index system in the scheme or prototype bidding of the seeker. This paper proposes a method to build the performance evaluation index system of the seeker by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and elaborated the analysis, calculation and index system building process of this approach by taking a type of strapdown laser seeker as an example. Through this paper, a quantifiable, reasonable and objective index system for the performance evaluation of the seeker can be set up by using this approach. Meanwhile, the subsequent bidding can also be guided by this index system. Consequently, quantitatively comparable index system can be established for the performance evaluation of the variety seekers by using this approach.
