摘　　要：目的:探讨应用欧氏管在悬雍垂腭咽成型术(UPPP)后对咽腔分泌物清理的应用效果。方法:选择医院收治的80例重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例;观察组采用欧式管清理术后患者咽腔分泌物,对照组采用传统的吸痰管清理术后患者咽腔分泌物。观察对比两组患者每日分泌物吸引总量,24 h吸引总次数、术后1 d前两次吸引间隔时间、最低血氧值、血压、血氧饱和度的增加值,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分评价两组分泌物吸引数量,比较两组患者满意度。结果:观察组每日分泌物吸引总量、24 h吸引总次数、两次吸引间隔时间、最低血氧值及血氧饱和度的增加值结果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-3.354,t=-3.904,t=3.703,t=4.110,t=4.378;P<0.05);两组分泌物吸引数量VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(x^2=81.900,P<0.01);两组患者满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(x^2=76.000,P<0.01)。结论:耳鼻喉科使用的银质欧氏管在对OSAHS患者术后咽腔分泌物清理中,不仅能有效清除口腔及咽部分泌物,保持呼吸道通畅,且能显著降低OSAHS患者呼吸道阻塞及出血概率,增加患者满意度,临床应用效果良好。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Eulerian tube on the clearance of the secretion of pharynges cavum after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP).Methods:80 patients with obstructive sleeplessness syndrome(OSAHS)who admitted to hospital were selected.And they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group adopted Eulerian tube to clean the secretion of pharynges cavum postoperative patients,and control group adopted traditional sputum suction tube to clean these.The total amount of daily secretion suction,the total number of 24-hour suction,the interval time between the first two suctions at 1d post operation,the lowest blood oxygen value,blood pressure and the added value of blood oxygen saturation between two groups were observed and compared.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was adopted to evaluate the suction amount of the secretion of the two groups,and the satisfaction of two groups were further compared.Results:The total amount of daily secretion suction,the total number of 24-hour suction,the interval time between the first two suctions at 1 d post operation,the lowest blood oxygen value and the added value of blood oxygen saturation of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(t=-3.354,t=-3.904,t=3.703,t=4.110,t=4.378,P<0.05),respectively.The difference of VAS score of suction amount of secretion between the two groups was significant(x2=81.900,P<0.01).And the difference of satisfaction between two groups was significant(x2=76.000,P<0.01).Conclusion:The silver Eulerian tube,which is used in otolaryngology department to clean postoperative secretion of pharynges cavum of patients with OSAHS,not only can effectively clean secretion at oral cavity and pharyngeal to keep un-obstruction of respiratory tract but also significantly reduce the probabilities of obstruction and bleeding of respiratory tract of patients with OSAHS and enhance the satisfaction of patients.Its effect in clinical application is
