摘　　要：目的:探讨低剂量多层螺旋CT对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的诊断价值。方法:选取2000例COVID-19患者,依据CT检查扫描剂量的不同,将其分为低剂量组和常规剂量组,每组1000例。对两组患者的CT征象进行分析,比较其诊断检出率。结果:低剂量组CT扫描辐射剂量为(1.79±0.33)mGy,明显低于常规剂量组的(7.32±0.56)mGy,差异有统计学意义(t=71.320,P<0.01);两组对COVID-19检出率及病灶的CT各征象的诊断差异无统计学意义。结论:低剂量CT可在减少患者医疗辐射伤害的情况下满足诊断需求,对COVID-19的筛查和诊断具有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of low-dose multi-slice spiral computed tomography(CT)for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:A total of 2000 patients with COVID-19 were selected.According to the different scan doses of CT examination,the 2000 patients with COVID-19 were divided into low-dose group and conventional-dose group,with 1000 cases in each group.And the CT signs of the patients in two groups were analyzed,and the diagnostic detection rates of COVID-19 in the two groups were compared.Results:The CT radiation dose of the lowdose group was(1.79±0.33)mGy,which was significantly lower than that of the conventional-dose group with the dose of(7.32±0.56)mGy,(t=71.320,P<0.01).The diagnostic differences of detection rate and various CT signs of lesion for COVID-19 between two groups were no significant.Conclusion:Low-dose CT can meet the needs of CT diagnosis while reducing the medical radiation injury,and it has great significance for the screening and diagnosis of COVID-19.
