摘  要:目的:观察多环节质量控制在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)中的应用效果。方法:2019年1月PIVAS开始实施多环节质量控制,比较实施多环节质量控制前(2018年6-12月)和控制后(2019年1-6月)PIVAS药品损耗率与各环节工作差错率。结果:多环节质量控制实施后PIVAS药品损耗率和工作差错率均明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施多环节质量控制可降低PIVAS药品损耗率和工作差错率,效果优于实施常规质量控制效果。Objective: To analyze application effects of multi-step quality control in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS). Methods: The multi-step quality control was implemented since January 2019. The drug loss rate and error rate of each step before(June to December 2018) and after(January to June 2019) the implementation of multi-step quality control in PIVAS were compared. Results: The drug loss rate and work error rate after the implementation of multi-step quality control in PIVAS were lower than those before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The multi-step quality control in PIVAS can reduce the drug loss rate and work error rate. Moreover, it is superior to routine quality control.
