摘 要:以硝酸铜、钼酸铵、尿素和葡萄糖为原料,用低温燃烧法制备Mo-10Cu、Mo-20Cu、Mo-30Cu和Mo-40Cu前驱体粉末,经450℃煅烧2 h,750℃还原2 h获得Mo-Cu粉末。用XRD、SEM等观察粉末形貌和组织并测试力学性能。结果表明:当Cu的质量分数为30%时,前驱体粉末分散性更好,团聚减弱,还原后粉末颗粒细小。烧结过程中液相Cu充分流动并填充Mo骨架,排出孔隙,形成致密传导网络,Mo-30Cu的致密度、硬度、抗弯强度、电导率和热导率最高,分别为97.56%、201HV、897 MPa、20.99 MS/m、189 W/(m·K)。Mo-10Cu以韧性断裂和脆性断裂为主,Mo-30Cu以韧性断裂为主。Using copper nitrate,ammonium molybdate,urea and glucose as raw materials,the Mo-10 Cu,Mo-20 Cu,Mo-30 Cu and Mo-40 Cu precursor powders were prepared by low temperature combustion method.The Mo-Cu powders were obtained after calcining at 450℃for 2 h,reducing at 750℃for 2 h.The powder morphology and structure were observed by XRD,SEM,etc.and the mechanical properties were tested.The results show that when the copper content is 30%,the dispersion of the precursor powder is better,the agglomeration phenomenon is weakened,and the powder particles are fine after reduction.During the liquid phase sintering process,the liquid phase Cu can fully flow and fill the Mo framework,and form a dense conductive network.Therefore,the density,hardness,bending strength,electrical conductivity,and thermal conductivity of Mo-30 Cu reach the highest,which are 97.56%,201 HV,897 MPa,20.99 MS/m,189 W/(m·K)respectively.Mo-10 Cu is mainly ductile fracture and brittle fracture,and Mo-30 Cu is mainly ductile fracture.
