摘  要:以EA4T奥氏体耐热钢为试验对象,分析其热扭转变形行为,用NWS500微机控制热扭转机,在温度为800~1200℃,应变率为0.01、0.1、1、10 s^-1时,进行热扭转变形。结果表明:应变一定时,应力-应变曲线出现峰值,且随应变率降低、温度升高而降低;应变率与应变一定时,提高温度,扭转热变形抗力下降,温度为1100~1200℃时,变形抗力小于250 MPa,此时奥氏体耐热钢加工性能最优。Taking EA4T austenitic heat-resistant steel as the test object,the hot torsion deformation behavior of EA4T austenitic heat-resistant steel was analyzed.The NWS500 microcomputer was used to control the hot torsion machine,and the hot torsion deformation was carried out at temperature from 800℃to 1200℃,the strain rate is 0.01,0.1,1,10 s-1.The results show that the peak value of stress-strain curve appears when the strain rate is fixed,and decreases with the decrease of strain rate and the increase of temperature.When the strain rate and strain are fixed,the resistance of torsional hot deformation decreases with the temperature increasing.When the temperature is from 1100℃to 1200℃,the resistance of deformation is less than 250 MPa,and the processing performance of austenitic heat-resistant steel is the best.
