摘 要:对建筑节点板用钢ASTM A572Gr50的焊接热输入参数、接头热处理进行研究,焊接热输入为1.2、1.6、2.0 MJ/m。结果表明:焊接热输入在1.2~1.6 MJ/m时,接头性能良好,满足标准要求;焊接热输入由1.6 MJ/m升至2.0 MJ/m时,接头性能下降;接近2.0 MJ/m时,接头性能显著下降。用陶瓷加热片对其热处理(250℃保温2 h,覆盖石棉冷却)以改善接头性能,处理后接头处焊缝中心冲击功提高68%,熔合线+1 mm处提高76%。焊接后热处理能有效提高ASTM A572Gr50接头质量,改善建筑现场施工便捷性,提高效率。The welding heat input parameters of ASTM A572 Gr50 steel and post heat treatement of welded joints were studied experimentally. Three different welding heat inputs(1.2 MJ/m,1.6 MJ/m and 2.0 MJ/m)were used in the welding test. The results show that the welding joints with welding heat input in the range of 1.2 MJ/m to 1.6 MJ/m have good performance and fully meet the standard requirements. When the welding heat input increases from 1.6 MJ/m to 2.0 MJ/m,the joint performance shows a downward trend. Especially when the welding heat input approaches 2.0 MJ/m,the joint performance significantly declines. In order to improve the joint performance,the ceramic heating tablets were used to carry out the post heat treatment(holding for 2 hours at 250 ℃,cooling with the asbestos covering)to improve the joint performance. The impact absorbing energy of weld joint center increases by 68%,the impact absorbing energy of 1 mm from fusion line increases by 76%. The weld post heat treatment can effectively improve the quality of ASTM A572 Gr50 welding joints and the convenience of site construction.
