摘 要:用机械滚压对铸态锰黄铜合金进行表面处理,研究并分析滚压前后试样的表面形貌、显微组织、硬度及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:铸态锰黄铜经滚压强化后,晶粒严重变形;粗糙度降低70%;表层显微硬度最高为275HV0.1,比铸态原试样提高65%,硬化层深度为180μm;在油润滑条件下,滚压试样在低载荷(50 N和75 N)时,摩擦因数明显降低且稳定,磨损率比原试样降低2倍以上。经滚压强化后,试样表面综合性能明显提升。The surface treatment of as-cast manganese brass alloy was carried out by mechanical rolling,and the surface morphology,microstructure,hardness and friction and wear properties of the samples before and after rolling were studied and analyzed.The results show that the surface roughness of as-cast manganese brass is improved nearly three times after rolling.The grains are seriously deformed.The surface microhardness is 275 HV0.1,which is 65%higher than the original as-cast sample,and the depth of the affected layer is 180μm.Under the condition of oil lubrication,the friction coefficient of the rolling specimen is obviously reduced and stable at low load(50 N and 75 N),and the wear rate is more than 2 times lower than that of the original specimen.The surface comprehensive properties of the rolled samples are improved obviously.
