摘  要:泡沫印花技术是一种利用毛细管效应使泡沫印花浆停留在织物上进行印制的环境友好型印染技术。系统介绍了泡沫印花技术的特点和发展现状,从泡沫的流变性、稳定性、发泡比等方面重点阐述了泡沫印花机理,根据泡沫印花浆的影响因素详细分析了涂料泡沫印花浆的制备和工艺特点,对比传统涂料印花技术提出了泡沫印花技术的优势。Foam printing technology is an environmentally friendly printing and dyeing technology that uses the capillary effect to make the foam printing paste stay on the fabric for printing.The characteristics and development status of foam printing technology were systematically introduced,focusing on foam printing mechanism from the aspects of foam rheology,stability,foaming ratio,etc.,according to the influencing factors of foam printing color paste,the preparation and process characteristics of the coating foam printing paste were introduced in detail.Compared with traditional paint printing technology,the advantages of foam printing were proposed.
