摘  要:以苯甲醚为溶剂介质,探究了苯甲醚/水染色体系中活性染料对纯棉纱线及筒子纱的染色工艺。选用90℃高温型活性染料对纯棉纱线及筒子纱进行染色,通过单因素实验分析了元明粉及纯碱用量对纯棉纱线少水溶剂染色性能的影响,并确定了染色时水与溶剂介质的体积比为35∶75,染色保温时间为60 min。研究发现,少水溶剂染色后,纱线的K/S值、色牢度和匀染性与常规水浴染色相当;此外在染色过程中,水、盐、碱用量仅为传统水浴染色的30%~40%。The dyeing process of cotton fiber and cheese with reactive dyes in anisole&water dying system was studied by using anisole as solvent medium.90℃high temperature type reactive dyes was chosen for the dyeing of cotton fiber and cheese.Through single factor experiment,the influence of the amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate and soda ash on the dyeing performance of pure cotton yarn with less water solvent was analyzed,and determined the volume ratio of water to solvent medium during dyeing was 35∶75,the dyeing time was 60 min.Compared with the traditional water bath dyeing,the K/S value,the color fastness and level dyeing property of yarn in less water solvent system were similar.Furthermore,water,salt and alkali dosage in less water solvent dyeing system was only 30%~40%of the traditional water bath dyeing.
