摘  要:探讨了在电化学还原后隐色体被氧化及弱电流保护对靛蓝染色性能的影响。结果表明:在实验时间为3.0 h时,隐色体在不同弱电流保护下对纯棉织物染色的最高K/S值比不加弱电流保护靛蓝染色织物高47%,最高上染率提高49%;在靛蓝3 g/L、TEA 30 g/L、保护电流0.4 A、温度35℃时,染色织物的K/S值和上染率最佳。The effect of leuco oxidation and weak current protection on the dyeing properties of indigo dye after electrochemical reduction was discussed.The results showed that when experimental time was 3.0 h,the pure cotton fabric was dyed with leuco under the protection of different weak current,And the highest K/S value was 47%higher than that of the indigo dyed fabric without current protection.The highest dye uptake rate increased by 49%.The K/S value and dye uptake rate of the dyed fabric were the best when reduced indigo was 3 g/L,TEA was 30 g/L,current was 0.4 A and temperature was 35℃.
