摘 要:对镧热还原法制备金属镱进行了热力学、动力学分析,初步确定了还原蒸馏的工艺参数;研究了以99.99%(质量分数)氧化镱为原料,氟盐-氧化物体系电解金属镧为还原剂,真空碳管炉为还原装置,通过自行设计接收装置,在真空度小于10^(-2) Pa,1 180℃条件下,一次蒸馏制得金属镱。结果表明,金属镱纯度(Yb/TRE)99.99%(质量分数),金属镱直收率达到97.84%(质量分数)。新工艺与一次还原蒸馏相比,金属镱中杂质La降低了96.5%,稀土收率提高了4.48%。Based on thermodynamics and kinetics analysis for preparation of metallic ytterbium by the process of lanthanum thermal reduction,preliminary process parameters were determined.By using ytterbium oxide(99.99%purity)as raw material,with electrolytic metal lanthanum of fluoride salt-oxide system as reducing agent,vacuum carbon tube furnace as reaction device,through self-produced receiving device,on vacuum degree no more than10-2 Pa,ytterbium was obtained after one distillation on 1180℃.The results showed that metal ytterbium purity(Yb/TRE)was 99.99%,prepared with the ytterbium metal yield more than 97.84%.Compared with the one time reduction distillation,lanthanum impurity deceased by about 96.5%,the yield of rare earth increased by 4.48%.
