摘  要:采用十二辊轧机将1.2 mm厚的带材冷轧到0.12 mm厚,然后采用23辊拉伸弯曲矫直机进行拉矫处理,再采用去应力退火处理,以控制带材板形和力学性能。为调控冷轧带材的板形和力学性能,在不同的工艺过程需要调节不同的工艺参数。在冷轧过程中,重点控制冷轧变形量以及轧制工艺参数。在拉伸弯曲矫直处理过程中,需要控制张力和伸长率。而在去应力退火处理中,通过控制退火温度、张力、退火速度来实现。通过以上几个过程的调控使成品带材板形平整,力学性能达到使用要求,而且带材的横向和纵向力学性能基本一致。The strip steel was cold rolled from 1.2 mm to 0.12 mm by the high rolling mill.It was further pulling straightened by the 23 roll stretch bending straightener.Finally,both of the strip shape and mechanical properties were controlled with the stress annealing.In order to control the shape and mechanical properties of cold rolled strip,the different controlled variables need to be adjusted in various processes.Both of the deformation and rolling process parameters play main role during the cold rolling process.During the stretch bending and straightening process,the tension and elongation needed to be controlled.Meanwhile,annealing temperature,tension and annealing speed were controlled in the stress relief annealing.Via the above methods,the good performance of the strip which include smooth of the final strip shape,meeting the mechanical properties requirement,and the same mechanical properties for both of longitudinal and transverse were achived.
