摘 要:为了提高梁式结构光纤光栅振动传感器的测量灵敏度,设计并提出了一种悬臂梁结构的光纤光栅振动传感器。首先对悬臂梁结构的光纤光栅振动传感器的工作原理进行理论上的分析,其次对结构中悬臂梁长度和光纤光栅有效长度与固有频率和灵敏度的关系进行了仿真,以便传感器获得较高的灵敏度。仿真结果表明,固有频率随光纤光栅有效长度的增加而逐渐减小,但灵敏度随悬臂梁长度的增加而增大。而当光纤光栅有效长度增大时,光纤的固有频率和灵敏度有减小的趋势。根据理论上分析和仿真结果,最终确定了‘E’型梁结构的最佳参数和光纤的有效长度,这一点在实验中得到了很好验证。实验结果表明,传感器的平坦区域为15 Hz^60 Hz,其固有频率为83 Hz,灵敏度高达481.32 pm/g。该振动传感器在振动信号检测中的良好表现,这将在桥梁、建筑等振动传感领域具有重要的研究意义。In order to improve the measurement sensitivity of the beam structure fiber grating vibration sensor,a cantilever beam structure fiber grating vibration sensor was designed and proposed.Firstly,the working principle of the fiber grating vibration sensor with the cantilever beam structure is analyzed theoretically.Secondly,the relationship between the length of the cantilever beam and the effective length of the fiber grating in the structure and the natural frequency and sensitivity is simulated,so that the sensor can obtain higher sensitivity.The simulation results show that the natural frequency gradually decreases with the increase of the effective length of the fiber grating,but the sensitivity increases with the increase of the cantilever beam length.When the effective length of the fiber grating increases,the natural frequency and sensitivity of the fiber tend to decrease.According to theoretical analysis and simulation results,the optimal parameters of the‘E’beam structure and the effective length of the optical fiber were finally determined,which was well verified in experiments.The experimental results show that the flat area of the sensor is 15 Hz^60 Hz,its natural frequency is 83 Hz,and the sensitivity is as high as 481.32 pm/g.The good performance of the vibration sensor in the detection of vibration signals will have important research significance in the field of vibration sensing such as bridges and buildings.
