摘  要:为了稳定高功率半导体激光器的输出波长并且压缩其光谱带宽,通常采用反射式体布拉格光栅(VBG)作为反射镜来构造外腔半导体激光器。VBG是利用激光全息技术,在一种特殊的感光玻璃上制作的周期性调制折射率结构。采用传统的高温熔融-淬火工艺设计并制备了一种新型的光热敏折变(PTR)玻璃。测定了PTR玻璃的玻璃转变温度和软化温度。在400 nm波长以上,获得了高达91%的透过率。通过紫外全息曝光和两步热处理工艺成功实现了NaF纳米晶在PTR玻璃中的析出。在PTR玻璃上记录了布拉格波长为975.80 nm的反射式VBG,并将其用于高功率半导体激光器(LD)的波长锁定。利用衍射效率为13.97%的反射式VBG,可实现半导体激光器输出波长准确地锁定在975.80 nm。输出线宽被有效压缩到0.4 nm以下。在相同的水冷温度下,不同输入电流(2 A→10 A)实现了仅仅0.06 nm的红移。在输入功率为10.2 W时,单管LD的最大输出功率为9.7 W。In order to stabilize the wavelength and compress the spectral bandwidth of high power semiconductor lasers,the external cavity semiconductor lasers are usually constructed by using a reflective volume Bragg grating(VBG)as the reflecting mirror.VBG is a periodically modulated refractive index structure made in one direction of a special photosensitive glass by using laser holography technology.A novel photo-thermo-refractive(PTR)glass was designed and prepared by the traditional melt-quenching method.Glass transition temperature and the softening temperature of the PTR glass were determined.A high transmittance up to 91%was achieved above the wavelength of 400 nm.NaF nanocrystals were successfully precipitated from the PTR glass by the holographic exposure under UV radiation and two-step thermal treatment process.A reflective VBG at 975.80 nm was recorded in the PTR glass and was used for the wavelength locking of a high power semiconductor laser diode(LD).The output wavelength could be precisely locked at 975.80 nm using a reflective VBG with the diffraction efficiency of 13.97%.The output line-width was effectively compressed below 0.4 nm.Only 0.06 nm red shift was realized for different input currents(2 A→10 A)with the same water cooling temperature.The maximum output power is 9.7 W for the single tube LD with a power of 10.2 W.
