摘　　要：介绍了甘油法环氧氯丙烷生产工艺流程及工艺控制要点。对该装置在试车过程中出现的异常情况进行分析,提出有效的优化方案及措施,确保环氧氯丙烷产品的顺利生产。The production process of epichlorohydrin from glycerol as raw material and the key process control points were introduced.The anomalies in the test run of the plant was analyzed,and effective optimization schemes and measures were put forward.Thus,the smooth production of epichlorohydrin were ensured.
