摘　　要：从硬件组成、工作原理、充装方式、软件设计、系统优化等方面,介绍了一种液氯钢瓶充装的控制系统。该控制系统主要运用了西门子S7-300PLC及其分布式控制模式、高精度称重仪表、上位机等重要技术,实现了20台液氯钢瓶同时定值充装的智能控制。A control system for liquid chlorine cylinder filling was introduced from the aspects of hardware composition,working principle,filling mode,software design and system optimization.In the control system,Siemens S7-300 PLC and its distributed control mode,high-precision weighing instrument,upper computer and other important technologies were used.The intelligent control of filling 20 liquid chlorine cylinders at the same time was realized.
