摘 要:青海察尔汗盐湖是我国最大的钾肥生产基地,采出晶间卤水KCl品位的高低直接决定企业的经济效益。根据察尔汗盐湖别勒滩矿区多年的动态监测资料,对静态疏干、动态驱动两种开采条件下的采出晶间卤水与矿层晶间卤水KCl品位的关系进行了研究,结果表明:别勒滩矿区采出晶间卤水KCl品位总是高于矿层晶间卤水KCl品位;前者是由于卤水KCl品位存在垂直分异,开采卤水主要为浅层富钾晶间卤水,后者是由于采出晶间卤水在径流过程中能继续溶解地层中的低品位固体钾镁盐矿。研究成果可为固体钾盐矿溶解转化区域和采卤渠道的精准布置及配合运行、矿区卤水开采量和钾肥生产的合理设计规划提供数据支撑和科学依据。China's largest potash fertilizer production base lies in Qarhan Salt Lake in Qinghai Province.The economic performance of the company depends directly on the KCl content in the intercrystalline brine extracted.According to the dynamic monitoring data obtained from Bieletan potash mining area over the past years,the KCl content relationship between the intercrystalline brine extracted and the seam brine was studied by the static drainage and dynamic driving for extracting brine.The results show that the KCl content in the intercrystalline brine extracted was always higher than that of seam brine,the former resulted from the shallow brine rich in potash due to the vertical differentiation of KCl grade,the latter was contributed to the successive dissolving of low grade solid potassium&magnesium-bearing ore in the run off process of intercrystalline brine extracted.The results from study provides data support and scientific basis for the accurate layout and coordinated operation of the area for dissolution and conversion of solid potash minerals and the brine extraction ditches,as well as for the rational design and planning of the brine extraction volume and potash production in the mining area.
