摘 要:为研究机制碎石针片状颗粒在不同条件下的透筛率及针片状颗粒筛分效果的影响因素,设计了三因素(筛网孔径、倾斜角度、料层厚度)四水平的正交试验,对试验结果进行了Pearson相关性分析,结果表明:筛网孔径、倾斜角度、料层厚度与透筛率和针片状颗粒筛分效果存在强相关性,其影响大小排序为筛网孔径>倾斜角度>料层厚度;筛网倾角不应过大,当倾角在10.81°以下时,提高筛网倾角可以提高针片状颗粒指向性筛分效果。In order to study the passage through the screen for screening aggregates produced by crusher under different conditions and the factors affecting the sieving effectiveness of flat-elongated aggregates,the orthogonal test with three factors(aperture diameter,dip angle and thickness of material bed)was designed,and the Pearson correlation analysis was also carried out on the test results.The results show that there is a firm correlation between the aperture diameter,dip angle,the thickness of the material bed and the passage through the screen and the screening efficiency of the flat-elongated particles.The influencing order of factors was found to be the aperture diameter,dip angle and the thickness of the material bed.The dip angle of the mesh should be limited.When it is less than 10.81°,the increase of the dip angle of the mesh can improve the oriented screening efficiency of the flat-elongated particles.
