肿痛巴布膏对大鼠闭合性软组织损伤模型的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察肿痛巴布膏对大鼠闭合性软组织损伤的治疗作用,为其临床用药提供实验依据。[方法]SD大鼠随机分为6组,造模后给药,进行损伤部位的症状指数评分与组织形态学检查,测定损伤标记处的周长与组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量。[结果]与空白对照组、模型对照组比较,巴布膏中、高剂量能显著减小闭合性软组织损伤模型大鼠肿胀小腿的周长和减少损伤症状指数,高剂量能显著减少PGE2的含量和改善组织形态学(P<0.05)。[结论]肿痛巴布膏对大鼠闭合性软组织损伤有显著的疗效。[Objective]To observe the effect of Zhongtong Cataplasms on rats with closed soft tissue injury and provide experimental basis for its clinical medication.[Methods]The SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,which were administered after modeling,and the symptom index score and histomorphology of the injury site were examined,and the perimeter of the injury mark and the content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the tissue were measured.[Results]Compared with blank and model control groups,the middle and high dose group of Zhongtong Cataplasms can significantly reduce the circumference of the swollen calf and damage symptom index in rats with closed soft tissue injury.The high dose group can significantly reduce the content of PGE2 and improve the histomorphology(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Zhongtong Cataplasms has a significant effect on rats with closed soft tissue injury.
